David has specialist and unique experience in online collaboration and knowledge management implementation and development – being among the first and only Project Managers who have successfully conducted social research strategy to successfully embed a collaborative culture of knowledge management and online social interaction into a major Government agency.

David devised, developed and managed the first online collaboration project and support unit in the Queensland Government and lead a multi-Government agency online knowledge management and social media.
